I made a mistake in my delivery address is it too late?
If the order is not yet sent, we will change the delivery address as soon as notified. If, however, the order is already sent, the delivery time will be longer since we will have to wait for the package to return to us before forwarding it to the correct address.
Shipping Insurance/Lost Packages
GOLDI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do offer insurance on packages we ship and highly recommend purchasing insurance for your package. Packages can get lost or stolen so please protect your purchase.
Can I special order a wig that is out of stock in a color I want?
Yes! You can email us at hello@getmygoldi.com to special order a wig that is out of stock in the color you want. Our special orders can take from 2 weeks to 6 months to receive. This time frame is due to our wigs taking 20-30 days to make. Although the wait can be several months you are guaranteed to get the wig and color you want when you place a special order.
